BE IT RESOL1fED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of ~he COUI~TV OF' Bt177'E,
STAI'E ~F CALTFOR[~IA, as fa7lows:
1. Tha~ ~he ta~u~ation of anticipated revenues and praposed
expenditures for the fisca~. year 1982-83 has been reviewed and revised under
the d~rection of th~s Board, and now conforms ~o its judgement as a proper
pre~im~r~ary financial pragram for said fisca3 year and is hereUy adopt~d as
the "Proposed B~dget of the County af Bu~te far ~he ~'iscal Y~ar 1982-83."
2. The "Prroposed Budget" sha~ 1 be reproduced and a suffi cient
number of budget documen~s sha11 be provided so that each taxpayer w~o desires
may obta~n one, and a copy shaTl irrmlediate~y be forwarded ta ~he State
Control1er by ~he Aud~tor.
3. 7h~ Clerk of ~he Board sha17 ~'orthwith publish a not9ce once
in a newspaper of genera~ circulation s~ating ~hat:
(a~ ~"he "Proposed Sudget" documents are availab~e to ~axpayers
requesting them.
(b} That th7s Board of Sup~rvzsors wili meet at Qrovi~Ie an
July 2I, i982 a~ 1:30 p.m. 7n the Board of 5upervisors room, in the Co~nty
Adm~nistratiar~ C~nt~r, 25 Caunty Center Drive, in the Ci~y o~ 4roville,
County of B,utte, State of Ca7ifornia, far the purpose of ~ixing ~he final
budge~ and any tax~ayer r~ay appear ~hereat and b~ heard regard~ng ~he increase,
decrease or omission of any items of the Budge'~ or for the ~nclus~an of
add~t~onaI i~ems, a11 in accor~ance with Section 29,06fi af the ~overnr~ent Code
o~F the State of Caljfornia. -
