WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has recognized a
need to modify office hours in certai'n departments to ob:tain efficiency
Utilizing existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance ~o. 2241 provides that the Board of Supervisors
may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours which a department will
be open to public 6usiness tra~sactions; and
WHEREAS, the Veterans Service Office has a need for training,
resolution of wark1oad and other logistical problems that require office
closure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED that the Veterans Service Office
will be open to the pu6lic each day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding
7unch hour, and will be closed to the general pu6lic on Fridays.
