Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
adopted and passed a resoluti.on of notice o~ intention to establish
a county sexvice area, and
IUHEI2EAS, said resolution fixed the 27th day of July, 1982
at 10;30 a.m, of said day in the Board of Supervisors Room of the
County Administration Center in Orovill~, State of California, as
the time and place for the public hearing on the establishment of
said area, and the assessment of a service char~e, and
1VHEREAS, no written protest against the establishment
therefor were filed, in accordanee with Section 25210.17 of tI~e
Government Code,
NOIU, TH~REPORE, B~ IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors
of tl~e County of Butte, State of Ca1i£ornia, as £ollows:
1. That said Doard hereby £inds and determines the proceedings
~ierein were conducted pursuan~ ~o Section 25210,1 et sea, of the
Government Code, and that publication and not3Ces were given pursuant
thereto, and that saic~ Board finds and determi~es that the services
described in resolution of intention to the extent they are enumerated,
are extended county servi.ces.
2. That said ~oard hexeby detexmines to establish said
county service area.
3. That the boundaries of said service axea axe hereby
finally determined and established to be 'the same as those shown
in Exhibit A attached here and incorporated herein by referance
and made a part hereof by tha.s resolut~.on.
4. Tl~at the nams of said service area so establislieci is
County Service Area No. 79 (Big Chico Creek Estates~ Sacramento Par~.)
(Storm Drainage xnd Street Lighting).
5. That the type of extendecl ~ounty service to be provided
within said area is storm drai.nage maintenance and street lighting).

6, That said county service area is established for all
purposes subject anly to compliance with the requirements of
Chapter 8, Part 1, Diviszon 2, Tit1e 5 of the Government Code,
and subject ~o the provisions of Article 2.5, Chapter Z,Z, Part 1,
Division 2, Tit1e 3 of the Government Code vf the State o£ California.
