A.E. Baker and others requesting the abandonment of an alley as
described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streeks and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearzng on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of Supexvisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on September 14 , 1982 at ~o:1s a.m., in the Board Chambers,
B~tte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shali be held on the abandonment of the following described alley:
Allev - Thermalito
Being that certain 15-foot alley ~yi~g within T19N,
R3E, M.D.M., also lyin~ within the Corona Terrace
Subdivision recorded in Book 5 Maps of Record at
Page 57, County of Butte, State of California, being
more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 15-foot alley lyin~ within the
Corona Terrace Subdivision, beginning aC the south-
easterly corner of Lot 109 as shown on the Map of
said Subdivision, thence West along the southerly
lot lines of ~ots 109 and 110, 100 feet to the south-
westerly corner of Lot 110, thence south 15 feet to
the northwesterly coTner of Lot l~, thence east along
the northerly lot lines of Lots 111 and 112, 100 feet
to the northeasterly lot eorner of Lot 112, thence
north 14 feet ta the point of beginnning.
Said Map showing the alley to be abandoned is on file
in the Office of Butte County Department of Public Works,
7 County Cenrer Drive, Oroville, California.
2. That a map showing said portion of said alley to be
abandoned is on file at the Public Works Bepartment, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
