MarCe~~o and Sons and others requesting the abandonment of a public
utilxty easement as described below; and
WrHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Cade, this Board shall set a date
~or a hearing on the petition foT abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its reg~lar
meeting on September 21, 1g82 at 10:15 a•ID•, in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oraville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment o~ the following described easement:
Lot 235, Kell Rid e Unit 3
Being that certain 6-foot publzc utility easement
lying within a portion of Section 7, T19N, RSE,
M.D.M., also lying within a portion of Lot 235 as
shown on the Map of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit No. 3,
recorded in Book 43 Maps of Record at Pages 44 through
48, County of Butte, State of California, being moxe
particularly described as fol~ows:
Being that certain 6-foot public utility
easement lying southwestetly of and continguous
to the northeasteTly lot line of said Lot 235,
beginning at the sautheasterly corner of said
Lot 235, thence N. 47°30'S7" W, 12b.53 feet to
the northeasterly cozner of said Lot 235.
Excepting therefrom the most southerly 10-feet
lying within the existing ~0-foot public utility
easement.
Aiso excepting therafrom the most northerly 20-
feet lying within the 20-foot building setback
area.
Said Map showing the public utility easement to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte Coanty
Department of Public Works, ~7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California.

2. Thar a map showing said portipn of said public utility
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Buete County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, Califoxnia.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of Galifornia
Streets and Highway Code.
