depot in Chico rather thaxx COt7.SC.7C71CC. an~ unattractive metal hui.lding; and
L~'HE?~AS, the above accomplishments were achi.eved largely because of the
e~forts of Richard DeGarmo;

on ~ehalf of the reside~tts o£ ttte County of Butte, e.xpresses appraciation for
the devotion and determination of Richard DeGarmo in his ef~orts to achieve the
re-routing of the AMTRAiL Coast Starli.g]at tihraugh Chico.
