WFiE~AS, Ronald iFllman, et al, has initiated preliminary
proceedings by petition for the annexation of territory to Gcs.unty
5ervice Area No. 67, and
YV~fEREAS, the Butte County Local Ages~cy Formation Commission
has cansidexed said proposal and assigned the following distinctive
short form deszgnation: 82-20 - Annexation to CSA No. 67~ and
WHEREAS, the boundaries of the proposed annexation are
described in. Exhibit A attached hereto and made a gart hereof by
this re£exence, and
h~HEREAS, the territory proposed to be annexed is inhabi.ted,
and
WHEREAS, the reason for the proposed annexati.on is to obtain
street lights and provide a vshicTe for the ong6ing payment of energy
charges.

against said annexation should do so by wxitten communication filed
with the Clerk of the Board of Sup.exv~sors,not iater ~ha~ the hour
