RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MONIES TO C~UNTY SERVICE
AREA LOAN FUND FOR COl1NTY SERVICE AREAS b1, 62, 68,
69, 72, 73 and 74
~dHEREAS, the Bvard of Supervisors, pursuant to Resolutian No. 75-82,
established a County Service Area Loan Revolving ~und; and
WHEREAS, Government Code §25210.9c provides that a County may appropriate
any o~ its available mon~es to suc~ fund in an amount not to exceed $500,000; and
WWEREAS, sa~d §252i0.9c fur~her prov~des that said revoiving fund shail
be re~mbursed from manies made available from a benefiting service area and that
no sums shall be disbursed from the revolving fund unti3 the Board of Supervisors
has, by resolution, established a method by and term (not exceeding five years)
within which the County Service Area is to reimburse the revolving fund, and spec-
if~ed that ~he service area sha7] a3so reimburse the funds for interest at the current
rate per annum received on sir~iiar types of 9nvestments, as determined by the County
Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the 8utte County 8oard of Supervisors had determined that ~here is
a need to provide monies for County Service Areas 61, 62, 68, 69, 72, 73, and 74 for
the purpose of removing budge~ary deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLUED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that:
1. There is hereby appropriated, from the County General Fund Appropr7ation
for Contingencies to the Coun~y Serv~ce Area Revo1ving Fund, the sum of $1,050:00_
2. The above sum is to be disbursed from the Revolving Fund to County
Service Area 61 in the amount of $60.00; County Service Area 62 in the amaunt of $38Q.00;
County Service Area 68 in the amount of ~220.00; County Serv~ce Area 69 in the amount
of $50.00; County Servic~ Area 72 in the amount of $90.00; County Service Area 73 in
the amount of $110.00; and County Service Area 74 in the amount of $3.40.00.
3. The sum disbursed to County Serv~ce Rreas 61, 62, 68, 69, 72, 73, and
74 shall be reimbursed to the Revolving Fund according to authorized statutes.
4. County Service Areas 61, 62, 68, 69, 72, 73, and 74 sha~l also reimburse
the Revolving Fund for interest at a rate per annum equal to that earned by the County
on similar ~ypes of investments, as determined by the County Treasurer.
5. As ~he money is reimbursed to the Revolving Fund by Caunty Service Areas
61, 62, 68, 69, 72, 73, and 74, the County Auditor is directed to ~ransfer such money

from the Revolving Fund to the County General Fund.
