RESOLUTION ABOPTING EXPENDITURES FOR
FINAZ BULGET E'OR FISCAT~ YEAR I9B2-1983
WHEREAS, the Board of Supexvisors of ~Che County of Butte,
State of California has heretofore set the time and place for hearing
and fixing the final budget as on rhe 21st day of July, 1982, in the
Board of Supervisors Room in the Bu~te County Administration Suild~.~g,
Oroville, California; and
LIHEREAS, said hearing was continued from day to day and
concluded on the date hereof; and
WHEREAS, such increases or additions that were proposed i.n
writin~ and filed wi.th said Board before the close of said budget
hearings were consi.dexed b~r said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPER~VISORS of
the County o~ Butte, State of California, that the appro~ri.ations now
contained in the proposed budget as revised by ~he Board at the public
hearings and recorded xn the minutes thereof are hereby declared adopred
and the various object appropriations therein specified are as follours:
A. Appropriatians for Expenditures:

4. Fixed Assets:

The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Saraceni who
moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Ful~on , and said
Resolution was passed this 24th day of August , 1982, on roll
ca11 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervzsors Dolan, Fulton, Saraceni and Chairman Wheeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Moseley
NOT VOTING: None
