OF ROADS, AND DESIGNATING CERTAxN ROAAS TO BE IN TIiE
FED~A,L-tTTD SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Admi.nistxation has requested revised urban
Iimits to re£lect the 1980 Bureau of Census boundary; and
WHEREAS, the currently approved functional classification of all sCreets
and xoads has been reviewed; and
WHEREAS, under regulations issued by the Secretary of Transporeatiion under
the Federal-Aid Highway Act (Title 23 U.S. Code), the COUNTY with the concurrence
of the California Department of Transportation, has been designatied to select a
Federal-Aid Urban System in this COUNTY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVEll AND OTtBERED by the Board of Supervisors of
~he County of Butte, State of Galifornia that:
1. This Board concurs in and approves the revised urban limits and
revisions to the functional classificaeion as shown on the follow-
ing exhibits:
Exhibit A-- Paradise Urban Area
E~ch.ibit B-- Oroville Urban Area
Ea~hibit C-- Chfco Urban Area
