Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on September 14 , 1982, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon An
A11ey and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularly give^ as required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been prodviced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter
described alley is unnecessary for present or prospective public
use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the alley situated in the County of Butte, State
of California, as her~inafter more particularly described is hereby
abandoned.
2. That the description of said alley abandoned is
situated in the County of ~utte, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
Alley - ThermaliCO .
Being that certain 15-~oot alley lying within T19N,
R3E, M.D.M., also lying within the Corona Terrace
Subdivision recorded in Book 6 Maps of Record at
Page 57, County of Butte, State of California, being
more particularly descxibed as follows:

Being that certain 15-£oot alley lying within the
Corona Terrace Subdivision, beginning at the south-
easterly corner of LoC 1Q9 as shown on the Map of
said Subdivisioz~, thence West along the southerly
lot lines of Lots 109 and 110, 100 feet to the south-
westerly corner of Lot 1I0, thence south 15 feee to
the northwesterly corner of Lot 11, thence east along
the northerly lot lines of Lots 111 and 112, 100 feet
to the nort~easterly lot corner of Lot 112, thence
north 14 feet to the point o~ beginnning. ~
