HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-146WHEREAS, on August 24, 1982 the Butte County Board of Supervisors adopted
Resolution Number 82-141 fixing various tax rates per One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
of assessed valuation to be applied to the taxabie assessed values within ~he
boundaries of the respective entities on the 1982-1983 Secured Property Tax RoII; and
WHEREAS, prior to the issuance of the tax bi71s, an error was discovered in
the calculation of the rates for certain school district bond redemptions and interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of Califarnia, that the tax ra~es per One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
assessed valuation far the fallowing school 6onds are hereby amended to read as
fo3lows, and that a17 ather tax rates remain as shown in Reso1u~ion Number 83-141.
