This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
a~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o£ California, on
Sentember 21, ~.g~2, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Bu:ilding, Oroville, Cal~fornia, and i~C appe~xing to said Board that
a Natic~ o£ Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonmen~ was du~y
and regulaxl.y given as required by ~aw, and testimony and ~vidence,
bot~ ora1. and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
trom which said Board now finds that th~ hereinafter described
Public Uti~.ity Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
ptablic use.
NOW, TH~REFORE, IT IS HEREBY 4RDER~D as follows:
1. That the public utili~y easement s~tvated in tkae
Co~n~y of Butte, State o£ Cali~ornia, as hereinafter more particulaz~ly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the des~rzptioza of said public vtility easement
so abandoned is s~tuated in the County a~ Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 235, Kel~.y Ridge Unit 3
Being that ce~tain 6-foot publiC ut~lity easement
Iyin~; within a portion of Section 7, T19N, RSE,
M.D.M., also Iying witkain a partian of Lot 235 as
shown on the Map of Ke~~y' Rid~;e Estat~s Unit No. 3,
recorded in Book ~3 Maps af Recorc3 at ~'ages 44 through
4$, County of Butte, State of California, bein~ more
particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 6-foot public utility
easement Iyirag southwesterly of and cantingvous
to ~he northeasterly lor line of sazd Lot 235,

Exceptin~ therefrom t~e ~ost sau~herly 1~-feet
lying within the existing 1Q-foot public utility
easem~nt.
A~so excepting therefrom the most nor~herly 20-
feet lying within the 20-foot buildin~ setback
area.
Said Map showzng the public uti~ity easement to be
abandoned is on fi~e in the Office of Butte County
Department o~ Public Works, ~7 County Center Drive,
Orovill~, California.
3. That Che C~erk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resa~ution, with the s~a1 of the Soard of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Cali£oxnia, to be recarded in the
o~fice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
