Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Californza, on S~tember 28 ~
1982, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building,
Oroville, Galifornia, and it appearing to said Board that a Notice of
In~ention and Resolution to Abandon A Roadway and Notice of Time and
~lace of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as
required by law, and testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary,
having been produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds
that the hereinafter described roadway is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use;
NOW, THEREFpRE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That Che portions of the roadways situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described are hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said portions of roadways
abandoned zs situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
commonly known as Otan~e Aven~e, Jameson Court, and Oroville-Willows
Road, and more parti~ularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
3. That the Clerk of thas Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
