BE IT RESOLV~D by this Board that 1Votice of Its Tntention to
rename the private road shown be~ow 6e pos~ed as required by Streets and
Highways Code ~970.5 and that on November 2, 1982, at 10:00 a.m, in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Bua.].ding, Oroville, a hearing
shall be held on the subject of the proposed name change:

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
