Eleanor R. Gilbert, Chang T. Liu, George Kundikoff, Sun Jen Chang LYong,
Gerald De Roco, Sandra Saraceni and Alfred Saraceni, have submitted
written petitions requesting annexation to TID and CSA N0. 26,
bo'Ch located in B.utte County. The purpose of sai.d petitions is
to obtain water and sewer service within that area designa~ed as
Therraalito West No. 1 Annexation 'to TID and C5A No. 26, described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated
herein, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Government Code
Section 5600 et seq., the Thermalito Irrigation District did cause
to be filed with the Butte County i.ocal Agency Formation Commission,
a proposal to annex the hereindescribed terrifiory, wi~ich proposal
has been approved by said Local Agency Formation Commission, and
WHER~AS, said Local Agency Formation Commission, in approving
said proposal, deter~ained that the territory proposed for ann~xation
is uninhabited, and direc~ed the County of Butte to give notice and
'to hold hearings on the proposec3 annexation.
NOW~ THEREPO~tE, BE IT RE50LVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors as follows:
1. That the Board of Supervisors proposes to annex to TIA
and CSA No. 26, all that uninhabited territory situated in the
Coun'~y o£ Butt~, State of California, designated as Thermalita bvest
No. 1 Annexation to TID and CSA No. 26,
2. That on Ttsesday, the "9th day of Nover~bex, 1982, at 10:.3~
a.m., in th~ Board of Supervisors Room, 25 County Center Ilrive,
Oraville, California, a public hearing shall be heAd in oxder to

55432 of the Government Code,
