Stree~s and Highways Code, the Board of Surerviso~s declares the
balances ~n ~hese funds to be surplus and here~y authorizes and
direc~s ~he Coun~y Auditor-Cont~o~Ier ta ~ransfer ~he balances to
the Coun~y Gen~ra~ Fund:
