Superior Court and fur~her allowed a 3% increase per year effective each third
year thereafter, and
l^IHEREAS, this Board has previously indicated their intention to raise
such fees in accordance with Chapter 1372, Statutes of 1980, based on fees
ef~ective July l~ 1982~ due to the incorporation of AB 2361 with AB 1326~ and
WHEREAS, this Board finds that implementation of the new fees aathorized
by Chapter 1372~ Statues of 1980~ and AB 1326~ are both reasonable and necessary.
N04d, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that the Clerk~s filing fees in the Butte County Superior Court are raised to the
maxirr€um allowed by law pursuant to Chapter i372, Statutes of 1980 and the
incorporation of AB 1~j26 therewith~ effective July 1~ 1982, and the C7.erk of the
Court is directed to prepare a new fee schedule in accordance thereurith, and as
set forth in Exhibit "A~~ hereto.
