THE BUTTE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has found it necessary to provide for appeals
to the Board of Supervisors from decisions rendered by the Advisory
Agency on environmental matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervzsors
of the County of Butte, State of Caiifornia, as follows:
I. That Resolution 81-182 is hereby amended to reflect
that Part "E" of Section 4 of the Butte County Environmental Review
Guidelines shall read as follows:
"E. The determination of the decision making
body is final unless the decision making body
is the Advisory Agency. The determination of
the Advisory Agency may be appealed to the Board
ot Supervisors, who shall hold a hearing in the
same manner as provided in Paragraph "G". The
decision of the Board of Supervisors shall be
final."
PASSED AND A-OPTHD by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this i9th day of october , 1982, by the following vote:
