BY ~H~ BUILDING D~VTSION OF THE DEPARTMENT
~F PUBLIC WORKS FDR BUILDING, PLUMBxNG,
MECHANICAL ANp ELECTRICAL PERMITS FOR
LIMITED-DENSITY OWNER-Bi3ILDER RUR.AL DWELLTNGS
WHEREAS, this Board has adopted an ordinance pro~iding for
standards and permi.ts ~o~ l.imited-density owne~--builder rural
dweZlings; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary ta charge fees to cover the costs
of admina.ster ing ~~'105E standards;
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisoxs that the foll.owing fee sch~du7.e is establis~iec3 for
the Building Da.visa.on of the Department of Public Works to ck~aE~;e
and collect for services bq addin~ Section 15 ~o Resolution No. $2-11Q
as ~ollows:

{2) $ 2.00 for each p~umbing tixture
(3) $ 5.00 ~ar each water, gas, sewer pa.ping
system and each gas watex heater

(2) $10.00 for sexvi~e - lOQ amp or less
(3) $.025 per sq. ft. for area ta be wired.
D. Mechanical Permit
(1) $I0.00 filing fee
(2) ~ 6.00 for each 100,~0a BTU £urnace and 3
ton air conditionin~ unit
