WITH PUBLIC EASEM~NT OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN
THE COUN~Y OF B~TTE FOR HIGHWAY PUR~OSES
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervzsors o~ the County af Yuba,
State of California, have requeted consent from the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte to proceed with public easemen~
or ~ommon ~aw dedication action on those portions of Bean-Clipper
Road, a portion o~ real property within the County ot Butte, but
not within the But~e County road system, far the p~rpose of
r~opening and maintaining that ~oadway; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the portio~ o~ ~he
Bean-Clipper Raad si~uated within ~he County of Butte has been
obstructed, thereby preventing t~e us~ of the ~oadway by the
pvbl~c; and
WHEREAS, zt has been determined that a timely and economic
solution to reopening the Bean-Clipper Road is to g~ant the County
of Yuba the authority to proceed with an action on b~half of the
Coun~y af Butte to es~ablish a public easement or common law
dedication on said roadway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED by the ~oard ot Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Califarnia, as follows:
1. That by this Resolu~ion the Board o~ Supervisors of
the County of Butte expresses their consent authorizin~ the County
of Yuba to praceed with an action to establish a public easement
o~ common Iaw dedicatio~ of real property on those por~ions of
~ean~Clipper Road situa~ed within the County of B~tte, State of
California, tor tha purpose of reopening and maintainzng said
roadway by Yuba County.
