Elder and others reqvesting the abandonment of portions of roadways
as described in the attached Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. Thae this Board hereby gives notice ~hat at its regular
meeting on movember 23 , 1982 at ~o:oo a.m., in ehe Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of a portion of the righr of way on
Smullin Street, north of the intersection of Smullin and School Streets,
Honcut, California, and more particularly described in Exhibit A
attached hereto.
2. That a map showing the portion of said right of way to be
abandoned is on file at the Public Works Department, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highways Code.
