2do. 75-82, established a County Service Area Loan Revvlving Fund;
and
li~HEREAS, Government Code Section 25210.9c provides that
a County may appxopriate any of its avaa.lable moni.es to such fund
in an amount not ta exceed ~500,000; and
1tiI~EREAS, sa9d Section 2s21Q.9c further provides that said
revolving fund shal.l be reimbursed from monies made availa}~1e
fxom a bene£i,ting service area and that no sums:shall be dis-
bursed from the revolving fund until the Board, of Supervisors
has, by resolution, established a method by and term (nat
exceeding five years) within which the county servic~ area is to
reimburse the revolving fund, and specified that the service area
shall also reimburse the funds for interest at the current rate
per annum xeceived on similar types of investments, as determined
by the County Treasurer~; and
~~`HEREAS, the Butte County Soard of Supervisors has determined
that there is a need to provide streetlighting in County Service
Area No. 79 and 85, in £iscal year 82/83.
NOi~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that:
1. That $665.00 is to be disbursed from County Service
Area Loan Revolving Fund to County Service Area No. 35.
2. That $555.00 is to be disbursed ~rom the County Service
/Irea Loan Revolving Fund to County Service Area No. 79.
3. The sums disbursed to the above-referenced county
service areas shall be reimbursed to the ~ounty ~ervice ~1rea Loan
Revolving .Fund.~according to authori~ed s~atutes.
