RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE ~F HEARING
PETITION TO ABANDON PORTION OF RIGHT OF 4TAY
WHEREAS, this Boar.d has received a petition from Charles
~lder and orhers requesting the abandonment of portions of roadways
as des~ribed in ~he attached Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, pursuan~ ro Chap~er 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date -
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, TTiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
I.' That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeti.ng on ~ecember i4 , 1982 a~ 10:00 ~.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Aciministration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall. be held on the abandonment of a portion of the right of way on
Smullin Street, norCh of the intersection of Smullin and School Streets,
Honcut, Cali,fornia, and more partfcularly described in Exhibit A
attached her,eto.
2.' That a map showing the portion of said right of way to be
abandoned is on file at the Public Works Department, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
3.'' That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to Che provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and '',Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 23rd , day of rrovember , 1982, by the following vote:
