WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has found it necessary to provide for appeals
ta the Board of Supervisoxs ~rom decisions rendered by the decision
making body/bodies on environmental matters;
NOIN, TI-IEREFQRE, BE ZT RESOLVE- by the Boarcl of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Cala.~oxni.a, as follotivs:
1'. That Reso],ution 82-167 is hereby rescinded.
2'. 'I'hat Part "E" of. Section 4 of. the Butte County
~nvironmental RBview Guidelanes as shown in Exhzbit A to Resoluti.on
81-182 is''hereby amended to read as follows:
', "E. The determination of the c~ecision making
, body may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors,
' who shall hold a hearing in the same manner as
', provided in Paragraph "G". The decision of th~
', Board of Supervisors shall be final."
