This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
December 14 , 1982, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Cali£ornia, and it appearing,to
said Board''that a Notice of Tntention and Resolution to Abandon A
Portion of ''Right of Way and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of
said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by lara, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced
at said hea,ring, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter
described roadway zs unnecessary for present or prospective pliblic use;
N047, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1'. That the portion of the right of way situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more patticularly
described i'',s hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said portion af right of way
abandoned is situated iz~ tkae County of Butte, State of California,
commo~ly known as Smuulin Street, north of the intersection of Smullin
and School',S~reets, Honcuk, Cali£ornia, and more particularly described
in Exhibit A attached hereto.
3'. That the Clerk of this Board shal~. cause a certified copy
of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of S~pervisors af tkae
County of B'utte, State of California, to be recorded in the office of
the Recordes of the County of B~tte, State of California.
