BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO , SaZ 2.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 820 OE THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,.
KNOWN AB THE "SALARY ORDINANCE".
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 820 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 3 (A) of said Ordinance, entitled
FOR CLASSES WITH RANGE ASSIGNMENTS, shall have inserted the
following:
Class Title Number & Range
Economic Bevelopment Director 39 (889-1160)
(b) That a new Section, No, 19 (A) be added to read
as follows:
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Salary Range No, of Positions Classification Title
39 1 Economic Development
Director
19 1 Steno,Clerk II

(c) That Section No. 9 of said Ordinance, entitled
"ASSESSOR", is amended by deleting therefrom
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
28 11 Appraiser
and adding thereto
28 12 Appraiser
2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
once, in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.
