AN ORDNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 820 OF THE COUNTY
OE BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE".
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Cal ifotnia, do ordain as follows: v
1. That Ordinance No. 820 of the County of Butte is hereby p'
amended. as follows: a

That Section 15 of said Ordinance, entitled "County Buildings",
is amended by adding thereto:
25 1 Chief Stationary Engineer
and that total number of positions in Section 15 of said Ordinance
be increased to read 212.
2. This Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (30) days after
Che date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it sha11 be published with the names of the members
voting for and against the same, once, in a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 8th day of December, 1964, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES: None
