TO SIGN ALL CONTRACTS AND RESflLUTIONS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERUISORS
WNEREAS, the State of Cal9fornia has required specific authorizations
for attached signatures on contracts; and
WHEREAS, the chance for error is great in seeking spec~fic authoriza-
tion for each contract with the state brought before the Board of Sup~r~~isors.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
i. The Chairman of the Butte County Baard of Supervisors is
authorized to sign any agreement approved by the Biatte County
Board of Supervisors; and
2. The Chairman of the Butte County Baard of Supervisors ~s
authorized to sign a11 resolutions approved by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this i~th day of January, 1983 by the fol~owing
vote;
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Mos~l~y, Sar~ceni, Wheeler and Chair polan
