as Chapter 1372, Statutes o~ 19$0, which ra~sed the Clerk's filinq fees
~n the Super3or Court and further a~~owed a 3~ i~crease p~r year effective
each th~rd year thereaft~r; and
WHEREAS, this 8oard has previous7y indicated their in~ention
~o raise such fees in accordance with Chapter ~372, 5tatutes of 1980,
based on fees effect~ve ~uiy 1, 1982, due ta the incorporatian af AB 2361
with AB 1326; and
WHEREAS, this Soard ~inds that implementation of the new fees
authorized by Chapter 1372, Statutes of 19~Q, and AB ~326, are both
reasonable and necessary.
NOW, TNEREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the But~e Coun~y Boar~ of
Supervisors that the CTerk's fil~ng fees in the B~tte County 5uperior
Court are raised to the maximum alTowed by Taw pursuant to Chapter 1372,
Statutes of 19$0 and the incorparation a~ AB 1326 therewith, effective
Ju7y I, 1982, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to pr~pare a new
fee schedule 7n accordanee ~herew~th, and as set forth in Exhibit "B"
attached hereto, effect~ve Jan~ary l, 1983.
