said ~oard that a Notice of Intention and Reso~.utioza ~o Abandon A
Raadway and Notice af Time and Place af Hea~in~ of said Abandonment
was du1.y and regu7.arly given as required by ~.aw, and tes~iznany and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produ~ed at saa.d
'hearing, fram rahich said Board ~ow finds that the hereinafter
described roadway is unnecessaxy ~or pxesent or prospective public
use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ~RDERED as follows;

State of California, as hereinafter more partiC~la~ly descra.bed
is h~reby abandoned.
