offeri~gs o-~ food and supplies used in ~heir programs at grea~ly reduced pr~ce
or for a smali handling charge ar token paymen~; and,
W~EREAS, in order to take advantag~ o~F such offering the Community
Action Agency needs immediate availab~lity o~' ~'unds; and,
WHER~AS, Government Code Sections 29321 and 29321,1 authorizes ~stab-
l~shm~nt of such r~volving funds.
~ N04~, TFfEREFORE, 'BE IT R~SOLV~D by the Butte Coun~y Baa~^d of Supervisors
a s fo i 1 ovrs :
1. 7hat ~he Auditor-Con~ro~ler be aUthorized to estabiish a revolving
fund, wi~hin the Communi~y Services Biock Grant, to properZy account for the fiscal
~ransactions af aforemer~tioned ac-~ivity and in an amount not to exceed $3Q0.00
(THREE HU~[DRED DOLLARS).
2. That the Audltor-Contralier be authorized ~o es~abllsh and ~nain~ain
an account at a 7aca1 bank in an amount not to exceed $3d0.00 (7NREE HUNDRED DOLLARS)
and to authorize the Cor~munity Action Rgency D~rec~or to draw on said account from
t~me to time as necessary to accompiisl~ the purpase for wh~ch the revalving fund
~s estab~ished. ~
3. That the accoUnt be maintained in the manner o-~ an ~mpres~ account,
reimbursed as needed upon presentation of a claa~m to the Rud3tor~Cantroller ~ully
documen~ing expenditures from the account.
