for Matching $100,000
WHEREAS, SecCion 2211 of the Streets and Highways Code requa.res the Couxtty
within 60 days o~ receiving such notiice tio no~ifq the Department as to what amount
of apportiornnent the County wishes to claim and to agree Co pro~cride any County
matching £unds as may be necessary after first consider~.ng ehe sum made available
under Streets and Highways Code Section 2210;

hereby notify the California Department of Transportaeion ehat the Countq of Sutte
claims the said apportionment and the whole thereof, and thaC the County of Butite
does hereby agree to provide any County matching funds required as maq be necessary
after first considering the sume made available under Streets and Highways Code
Section 2210.
