and Highways Code, this Boaxd shall set a date

NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED by the ~oaxd of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regu~ar ~eeting on March 1.5 , 1983, at 11:~~5 a•m•, in ~he
Board Chambers, Butte Co~snty Administra~ion Building, Oroville,
Califarnia, a hearing sha~~. be held on the abandonment of the
following described eas~ment:
KELLY RIDGE #1, LOT 109
Pvblic U~ility Easem~nt
Being that certai.n 10-faat p~blic utili~y easement
lying withxn a portion of the Nor~heast 1/~+ of
Section ~.2, T19N, R4E, M.D.M., also lying within
~.ot 109 of Kelly Ridge EsCates Elnit No. 1, as sinown
on the Map r~corded ~n Boak 84, Record of Survey,
at Page 80, County of Butte, S~a~e ot California,
being moxe particularly descxibed as follows:
Beginni~g at the most westerl.y co~ner of
said Lot 109, ~hence N 61°32'00" ~ 14 feet
~o the northwester~.y cornex of ~aid p~ablic
utility easement, thence along ~Che arc af a
290 foot ~adius curve, concave to the ~orth-
east through a central angle of 18°37'20"
