PETTT~ON TO ABANDON A PUBLZC UTILTTY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Boaxd has received a pe~~~ion from Adrianne
Mor~cci and o~her~ requesting the abandon~ent of a public u~i~ity
eas~ment; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 0£ Division 9 of
Cali~ornia Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a da~e
for a heaxing on the p~tition for abandonment.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the Baard of Superv~so~s:
l. That this Boaxd ~ereby gi~es notice ~ha~ a~ its
regular meeting on
