RESOLUTION GIVING NOTiCE OF HEARING ON

WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Bazbara
Nelson, and'othexs, requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
Ca~.ifotnia Streets and Highways Code, this SoaTd shall set a da~e
for a heating on the peCi.tion for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Soard of Supetvisors:
l. That rhis Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeCzng on Apri1 'i2 , 1983, at 10:00 A,m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Buildzng, Oroville,
Galifornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandoz~ment of the
following described easement:
Lindo West, Lot 22
Public iitility Easement
Being that cettain 3-foot publac utilfty easement
lying within T22N, R1E, also lying withi.n Lot 22 of
Lindo West Subdivision recorded in Book 80, Maps of
Record at Pages 32 and 33, County of Butte, State o~
California, more particularly described as foilows:
Being that certain 3--foot publa.c utiiiey easement
lying southerly of and contiguous to Che northerly
lot'line of said Lot 22, beginning at the northwesterly
corner of said Lot 22, thence N 61°02'00" E 155.14
feet.
Excepting therefrom the most eastetly 20-feet lying
witk~in the 2d-foot building set-back line.
The',map showing the public utility easement to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County
Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive,
Orobille, California.

3.' That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highway Code.
