This matter came on regularly foT hearing before the Board
o~ Supervi.sors of the County of Butte, State of Ca3ifornia, on
March 15 , I.983, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administ~ation
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Heating of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
ftom which said Bpard now finds that the hereinafter described
P~bZic Utility Easement is unnecessary for presenr or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
CounCy of Butte, State of Califoznia, as hereinafter more particula~ly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description o£ said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Kel~y R3dge Estates #3, Lot 61
Public Utility Easement
Being those certain 6-foot public utility easements
lying within a portion of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 6, T19N, R5E, M.D.M., also lying within
Lot 61 as shown on the Map of Kelly Ridge EsCates
Unit 3, recorded in Book /~3 Maps of Record at Pages
44 to 48, County o~ Butte, State of California,
being more pa~ticula~ly described as foll.ows:
l. Being that certain 6-foot public utility
easement lying nortl~eas~erly of and contiguous
to the southwesterly lot line of said Lot 61,
beginning at the southeasterly corner of said
Lot 51, thence N 67°15'S8" W 106 feet to Che ~
souChwesterly corner of said Lot 6I. ~
Excepting therefrom the most easterly 10 feet
lying within the existing 10-foot public utility

Also excepting therefrom the mosr westerly 20
feet lying within rhe 20-foot building setback
line.
2. Seing that certain 6-foot public utility
easement lying southwesterly of and cantinuous
to the northeasterly lot line of said Lot 61,
beginning at the northeasterly corner of said
Lot 6~, thence N 72°50'S0" W 100.53 feet to
the northwester~y corner of said Lot 61.
3. That the Clerk of ehis Board sha11 cause a certffied
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Califarnia, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of rhe County of Butte, State of CalifoLnia.
