This matter came on regularlq for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
i~arch 15 , 1983, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administtation
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing o~ said Abandonmen[ was duly
and regularly given as required by Iaw, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
pub~ic use.
NOW, THEREFORE, LT IS HEREBY ORbERED as follows:
1. That the pubiic util~ty easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinaftet moTe paTticularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of Cali€ornia,
and mote Qart~cularly described as follows:

Public Utility Easement
Being that certain 10°foot public utility easement
lying within a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of
SeCtion 12, TI9~, R4E, M.D.M., also lying within
Lot 109 of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit No. 1, as shown
on Che Map recorded in ~ook 84, Record of Survey,
at Page 80, County of Butte, State of California,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly cotner of
said Lot 109, thence N 61°32'00" E 10 ~eet
Co the northwesteLly corner of said public
utility easement, thence along the arc of a
290 foot radius curve, concave to the north-
east through a central angle of 18°37'20"
for a length vf 94.26 feet to the southeasterly ~
lot line of said Lot 109, trence along said ~
lot ~ine N 42°54'~0" E 10 feet, thence along
the arc of a 280 foot radius curve, concave ~
to the northeast through a central angle of ~j
18°37'20" for a length of 91.01 feet to the ~
northwesterly lot line of said Lot 109, ^'
thence S 61°32'00" W IO feet to the beginning ~
of the descLibed easement and the end of this
description.

Said Map showing the public utility easement to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of the Butte
County Depaxtment of Public Wozks, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, Cali~oxnia.
3. That the Clerk of this Soard shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
