RESOLUT~ON ACCEPT~NG PETI'~iON
PARADISE BLUFFS ASSESSM~NT nISTRICT Nq. 1
The Board af Supervisors of ~he County of Butte
resolves:
Cer'tain owners of reaJ. proper~y have filed wi~h the
Clerlc o~ ',th~s body a pE~ition, signed by '~?~em, reques~ing the
public improvements descr~bed in the petition, ~he cost to be
special~.y assessed against ~an~ benefi~ing from the ~
improvements. The petition contains an express waiver of
statutory proceedinqs under ~he Speciai Assessment
~nvestiga~ion, L~mitation ancl ~ajority Pra~es~ Act of 1931, as
provided',~.n Section 2804 of the Streets and Highways Code.
', The goard of.Supervisors ~i.rzc~s that a11 of ~he own~rs
of mor~ than sixty percen~ (600) in area o~ ~he land subject to
assessment for the proposed fmprovements have signed the
pe'tition
Accordi.ngly, the Board af Supervisors accepts ~he
petition'and directs that special assessment praceedings shall
be undertaken by the terms o~ the pe~i~i.o~3~ and witho~at f~r~her
comp~iance with the Special Assessment Investigation, Li.mitation
and Majority Pro~es~ Act of 193I. This action is fi.nal withi.n
the meanang of Section 3012 ot the Stree~.s and Highways Code.
