resolves:

Chambers o~ the Board o~ Supervisors of the County of But~e, 25
County Centez Drive, Oroville, Califa~nia, is hereby fixed as
t~e time and place when and where any anc3 all persons in~eres~ed
may appear and show cause wny the Council should no~ find and
determine tha~ the pub~ic convenience and necessity ~'equire ~he
propased improvement to be made in Paradise Bluf£s Assessr~ent
District No. I., wi.~hout compliance with ~F1e provision~ of the
Spec~.a1 Assessment Investzgation, Limitation and Ma~o~ity
P~otes'~ Ac~ of I931.
:2. The County Clerk of the County of Bu~te is hereby ~
dizectea ~o give notice o~ the time and place of said h~aring i.n
the fo].lowing mannez: ~
By publishing a No'~ice o~ Tmprovement, said publz.catian to
be not less than f.wenty {2Q} days prior to the. da~.e of
said hearing. '
By posting a copy o~ ~he Notiee of ~znpravemen~. a~. ar n~ar
the 'place of ineeting of th~ Board o~ Supezvisors for ~.en
(10) days pr~or to th~ ~zme o~ said hearing.
By mailing a copy ot the Noti.ce of Tmprove~ent to each
proper~y owner in said proposed assessment d~.strict, said
~nail:ing to be sent not less than twenty {20) days p~~or to
th~'date o~ said hearing.

was duly and regu.~ar~y aaopted by the Board ot Supervisars
of the Coun~y of Butte, State o~ Ca].ifoxni.a, at a~egu].ar
