hearing protests to the proposed improvements.

mail the notices of improvement required by the Municipal
Impzovemen't Ac~ o~ 1913, and to £ile an affidavi~ o~ co~pl.iance.
The notice'shall be pub~.i.shed in the PARADISE P4ST.
