Dauterman, and others, requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement; and
WHEREAS, puxsuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of -ivision 9 of
Cal~farnia Streets and Hfghways Code, this Soard shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regula~ meeting on ~y 3 , 1983, at 11:30 a.m., in the
~oard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
Califarnia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
WINDING CREEK ESTATES, Lot 9
Publ~ic Utility Easement
Being that certain 3-foot public util~ty easement
lying within Lot 9 as shown on the Map o~ Winding
Creek Estates recorded in Book 80, Maps of Record
at Pages 74 and 75, County of Butte, State of
California, being more particularly described as
follows:
Being that certain 3-foot public utility easement
lying northeasterly of and contiguous to the south-
westerly lot line of said Lot 9, beginning at the
most southerly lot corner of said Lot 9, thence
N 63"50'41" W 126.15 feet.
~xcepting therefrom the most northwesterly 22 ~eet
lying within the 22 €oot building setback line.
The map showing the public utility easement to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of BuCte County
Aepartment of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California.

2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Sutte County Public Woxks
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Stxeets and Highway Code.
