SOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITX EASEMENT
s matter came on regula~Iy tor hearing before tk~e Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on Tuesda~~,
Apri.7. 12 , 1983, in the Board Chambe~s, Butte County Admini.stration
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonmez~t was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, havin~ been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereina€ter described
Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for present o~ prospective
public use. '
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1.!, That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2.'' That th~ description of said publiC utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,

Record at Pages 32 and 33, County of Butte, 5tate of
Cal~fornia, more partzculatly described as follows:
Being that certain 3-foot public utility easement
lying southerly o~ and contiguous to the northerly
