Bozoky, and othets, requesting the abandon~ent of a building setback
easement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 0~ Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shalX set a date
for a hearfng on the petition for abandonment.
NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT ItESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on June ~ , 1983, at 10:0o a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Bui~ding, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
followzng described easement:
PARADISE PINES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES #3, LOT 137
Building Setback Easement
Being ~he most northeasterly 5 feet of that cerrain
25-foot building setback easement lying within a
portion of Section 36, T23N, R3E, M.D.M., also being
a poreion of Lot 137 as shown o^ the Map of Pa~adise
Pines Country C1ub Estates Unit #3 recorded in Book
38, Maps of Record at Pages 64 through 68, County of
Butte, State of Califotnia, being more paxticularly
descr~bed as follows:
Being the mosr northeasterly 5 feet of that certain
25-foot building setback easement lying northeasterly
of and contiguous to the southwesterly lot line of
said Lot 137, commencing at the most southerly lor
corner of said Lot 137, thence N 28°34'29" E 20 ~eet
to t~e true point of be~inning, thence N 61°25'31"
W i20 feet, thence N 28 34'29" E 5 feet, thence
S 61°25'3]." E 120 feet, thence S 28°34'29" W 5 feet
to the point of beginning and the end of this
description.
The Map showing the easement to be abandoned is
on file in the Office of Butte County UepartmenC
of Publ~c Works, #7 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California.

2. That a map showing said portiom of s'aid buildin~ setback
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Pub~ic Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, Ca~ifornia.
3. That this Resolution be pvsted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of ~ivision 9 ot California
Streets and Highway Code.
