WHEREAS, Th.e California Youth Authority required assurances
that the State subvention will not take the place af County funds
presently being expended for this program included in the funding
request~ 1983-84 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board o~ Supervisors
of the County of Butte that all funding requests will be for pur-
poses set forth under Wel~are and Tnstitutions Code i80bA.
