This matter came on regularly for hearing before tk~e Board
o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State ot California, on
t~ay 3 , 1983, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Bui7.ding, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of 'Ti~e and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and tegularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Publzc Utili!ty Easetnent is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easemenC
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more partticularly described as follows:

lying northeasterly of and contiguous to the south-
