Butte County Board of Supervisors on Aprii 27, ]982, pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code to establish standards
fior subdivisions and ~and divisions; and
' WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend certain
standards contained therein pertaining to parcel map road standards
within non-urban areas,
' NOW, TH~R~FORE, BE IT RESOLUED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that Standard RS-8-LD, as shown in Appendix II of the
IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISIONS, PARCEL MAPS AND SITE
IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COU~TY CODE, is hereby
amended.' The amended Standard as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
is adopted.
