VENIENCE AIVD NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUCTSON OF THE
IMPROVEI~SENTS
PARADISE BLUFFS ASSESSlKENT DZSTIRCT NO. 1
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
A public hearing tor which notice has been given by publication,
posting and mailing, has been held as to the public convenience and
necessiEy of the improvements in Paradise Bluffs Assessment District No. 1.
This County has he~ta and considerd all the evidence, both oral
and written, relative to the public convenience and necessity of the
construction of improvements, and finds that the pubZic convenience and
necessity requare the following im~rovements proposed to be constructed
in Paradise B1u~Fs Assessment District No. 1.
The construction of streets, including cleaz'ing, grading
base, pavement, storm drainage facilities, a system of
Homestic water supply, including €ire hydrants, and under-
ground utilities, including e1.ec~rical distributaon
facilities, together with all other improvemen~s and
appurtenances necessary for a complete scheme of public
iimprovements within Paradise Bluffs Subdivision Unit 1.
and furthe'r determines that the Special Assessment Investigation, Limita-
tion and Majority Protest Act of 1931 shall not apply to these assessment
proceedings and that this project shall ptoceed 9.n accordance with the
ter[ns and provis4ons of the Municipal Im~rovemerat Act of 1913.
iz HERE&Y CERTIFY that ~he foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of Cali~ornia, at a regular meeting thereo£, held on the 17th day
of May, 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
