The Board of Supervisors accepts the offer of Munic3corp
(attacHed to this resolution and by reference incorporated in it), to
purchase all of the improvement bonds to be issued in Paradise Bluffs
AssessmentlDistrict No. 1, Butte CountX, California.
The Hoard of Supervisors directs the sale and delivery of the
bonds to the offeror in accordance with the terms and conditions stated
in the offer.
T HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularZy adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County o€ Butte,
State of CaZifoxnia, at a ragular meeting thereof, held on the 17th day
of May, 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Moseley, Saraceni, Wheeler and Chair polan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
