, PARADISE BLUFFS ASSESSMENT DSSTRICT NO. 1
The Board of Supervisors of ~he County of Butte resolves:
The County of Butte has received public bids Eor the construction
of improvements in Paradise Bluffs Assessment District No. 1, Sutte County,
California:
The Project Engineer has reviewed the bids and now recommends
award of the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Butte Creek Construction Company, whose bid price is $245,420,00.
The Board of Supervisors therefore awards the contract to that
bidder. A~1 other bids are rejeoted.
The Board o£ Supervisors directs the County CZerk to publish
a notice of award of contract.
The Board of Supervisors authorizes and directs the Chair of
the Board of Supervisors anfl the County Clerk to sign the written con~ract
for this construction when it is presented to them for signature, along
with the surety bonds and insurance certificates required by the construction
specifications.
i HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board o~ Supe~visors o~ the County o£ Butte,
State o£ California, at a regular meet~ng thereo~, held on the 17th day
of May, 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Moseley, Saraceni, wheeler and Chair polan
